- Manager of 30+ staff stewarding 250 acres of green space and wetlands and programming around it's use as a public garden, research and conservation site, and outdoor classroom and lab for post-secondary programs

- Facilitates the Global Citizenship Certificate. Delivers 3 courses related to global mindsets, social responsibility, environmental sustainability, internationalization strategies and global citizenship

- Managed a $450,000 IYIP government grant, coordinating 20 interns and liaising with 7 partner INGOs in 10 countries as part of the Canadian Government Youth Employment Strategy
- Coordinated transfer credits and Prior Learning Assessment Recognition (PLAR) for Lakeshore Campus
- Coordinated the Business school study abroad program, selecting 60 students annually to send to 14 global partners
- Managed the International Development Work Placement Program. Taught the careers course and carefully assessed technical and social competencies in matching individuals to optimal placements

- Assisted local NGOs Mayantu and Kallpa with flood mitigation in Pampa Chica (Iquitos). Provided assistance on an eco-sanitation project in Meliton (Amazon rainforest)
